Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: name, restaurant, email, phone and your message.
• Call booking: name, email, phone and the answers you give when you book through Google Calendar.
• WhatsApp: your number and the messages you send us.
• Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe.
• Analytics: how the site is used (pages, device, approximate location), only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why, and on what basis

We use your data to reply to you, to prepare and hold the call you booked, and to send the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract), your consent for the newsletter and analytics, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that make the site work: our hosting provider, Google (Calendar, Workspace and Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp) and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 12 months. Clients: for as long as the contract lasts and as required by tax law afterwards. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, to limit or object to its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@lacaballa.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
